Born in 1983 in Alsace (France), Francois discovered very quickly a passion for sweets, helping his grandmother make a variety of jams, cakes, and beignets. Naturally, he decided to pursue baking as his profession, learning from some of the best pastry chefs of Strasbourg and Lyon. After working for 5 years as an executive pastry chef in the best bakery of Miami, and in one of the best restaurants of Orlando, Francois decided to join “The French Café” as an executive pastry chef, and use his knowledge, passion, and skills to provide the best tasting French bakery products.
